CE PED
Tryckmätare
Mekaniska tryckmätare med tryckområde större än 200 bar påverkas av PED-direktivet 2014/68/EU och skall vara CE-märkta. Mekaniska tryckmätare med tryckområde mindre än 200 bar påverkas ej av direktivet och är därför ej CE-märkta. Övriga mekaniska produkter och delar påverkas heller inte av direktivet. Dessa produkter är inte CE-märkta. Det ställs inga krav mer än vanlig godkänd tillverkningsprocess enligt ”Good Engineering Practice” (GEP).
Tryckgivare och tryckvakt
Tryckgivare och tryckvakter är CE-märkta med tillhörande EC Declaration of conformity 2014/68/EU
Termometer och temperaturgivare
Termometrar och temperaturgivare påverkas ej av direktivet och är därför ej CE-märkta. Det ställs inga speciella krav mer än vanlig godkänd tillverkningsprocess enligt ”Good Engineering Practice” (GEP). Termometrar och temperaturgivare i ATEX-utförande (Ex) måste ha CE-märkning på skalan för samtliga utförande.
Temperaturtransmitter och temperaturvakt
Temperaturtransmitter och temperaturvakter är CE-märkta med tillhörande EC Declaration of conformity 2014/68/EU
Tillbehör tryck och temperatur
Exempelvis ventiler, vattensäcksrör, skyddfickor, tryckförmedlare osv. Tillbehör för tryck och temperatur är inte CE-märkta eftersom direktivet endast gäller för produkter med en inre rördiameter > 25 mm.
Pressure Gauges
Mechanical pressure gauges with a pressure range larger than 200 bar are affected by the PED directive and must have the CE-mark. Mechanical pressure gauges with a pressure range lower than 200 bar are not affected by the directive and are therefore not CE marked. Other mechanical products and parts are also not affected by the directive. These products are not CE marked. There are no special requirements more than the usual approved manufacturing process according to “Good Engineering Practice” (GEP).
Pressure transmitters and pressure switches
Pressure transmitters and pressure switches are CE marked with the corresponding EC Declaration of conformity 2014/68/EU
Thermometers and temperature sensors
Thermometers and temperature sensors are not affected by the directive and are therefore not CE marked. There are no special requirements more than the usual approved manufacturing process according to “Good Engineering Practice” (GEP). Thermometers and temperature sensors in ATEX version (Ex) must have CE marking on the scale for all designs.
Temperature transmitters and temperature switches
Temperature transmitters and temperature switches are CE marked with the corresponding EC Declaration of conformity 2014/68/EU
Accessories for pressure and temperature
For example, valves, gauge syphons, thermowells, diaphragm seal etc. Accessories for pressure and temperature are not CE marked since the Directive only applies to products with a inner tube diameter > 25 mm.
